From Ha Noi transfer to Ha Tay and take a boat cruise to visit the Huong (Perfume) Pagoda. Afterwards proceed to Hoa Lu in Ninh Binh. (L,D)

Day 2  Ninh Binh : Explore Hoa Lu area with visits to local market and temples. Enjoy an afternoon sampan ride to visit caves and an ancient pagoda. (B,L,D) Day 3  Cuc Phuong : Early morning drive to the national park of Cuc Phuong. Take an afternoon hike through the forest. (B,L,D) Day 4  Phat Diem/Departure Day: Visit an ancient cathedral before returning to Ha Noi. Depart for home or begin another "Asian Passage." (B,L)
